Zvi Perry MD, PhD
I have graduated my M.D from Ben-Gurion University (BGU), Israel. I have a PhD. in Epidemiology and an M.A. in Educational Psychology also from BGU. I did my residency at Soroka University Medical Center in General Surgery. I was lucky enough to be a research fellow at Tuft New-England Medical Center in the Surgical research lab, under the supervision of Prof. Shikora in the middle of my residency. I have finished my fellowship in Bariatrics at McGill University Hospital. These days I am doing a fellowship in Surgical Simulation at the Steinberg-Bernstein Centre for Minimally Invasive Surgery & Innovation, McGill University, in which I explores new and innovative ways of teaching bariatric surgery. I am a senior lecturer at the Ben-Gurion University, where I am teaching Surgery and Epidemiology for the last Decade.
