Presentation Overview:

The sleeve gastrectomy has become one of the most widely performed bariatric surgery procedures in the world. This, along with specialized training, has given surgeons the knowledge base and technical skills over the years to perfect this elective procedure with very minimal surgical complications. A sleeve gastrectomy leak is an uncommon but inherent surgical risk and definitely a surgeons most dreaded complication. This video presentation will cover the management of sleeve gastrectomy leaks.
