Dr. Matthew Skeldon is a general internist and current bariatric fellow at LEAF Weight Management Clinic.  He previously completed his core internal medicine residency and general internal medicine fellowship at the University of Saskatchewan.

He is currently completing his bariatric fellowship with plans to return to Saskatoon.

Presentation Overview:

For any given treatment for obesity, there will be some patients that fail to respond.  Early identification of these non-responders may allow clinicians to switch treatments to one that may be more effective.  This talk will review the evidence in regards to recognizing a failure to respond to treatment.

• Recognize early signs of non-response to treatments
