- Recognize selection criterias for DPS-DS
- Summarise the evaluation process required for DPB-DS including: medical evaluation, multidisciplinary assessment, the preferable choice of treatment and the different considerations leading to it.
- Address the issue of patient selection for BPD on different perspectives

Ms. Nathalie TurgeonNathalie Turgeon Registrated bachelor Nurse Graduated from University of Montreal in 1991, worked as a registered nurse and head nurse assistant for 4 years on a cardiology /medicine and 4 years in the emergency department. Bariatric coordinator and bariatric clinical nurse at the Quebec Cardiology and pneumology Institute since 1998.Was a paticipant on the ad hoc bariatric development comitee for the Quebec Health Ministry. Actively implicated in the formation and development of bariatric teams across the Quebec province. |
