Adam Bryant, BSc, BASc, RD

Registered Dietitian, Bariatric Program, St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton
Adam first graduated from McMaster University with a degree in biology before deciding to pursue a career in nutrition. He then earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in human nutrition from the University of Guelph. Adam completed his dietetic internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. During his internship, he spent time learning with the Bariatric Program at Humber River Regional Hospital. He now works for the Bariatric Surgery Program at the St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton Bariatric Centre of Excellence.

Ms. Tammy Eborall, RN

Tammy Eborall graduated from Brock University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then completed her diploma of Nursing from Mohawk College in 1989. Tammy worked as a surgical nurse on a general surgery unit for 16 years. She completed her certification as a diabetes educator in 2006.

Tammy presently works at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton. She is involved with diabetes management and education in the internal medicine in-patient population, as well as the bariatric clinic, where she has been a team member since it first began as a pilot study in 2007.
