Jeff Kilbreath is the Advanced Practice Nurse and Clinical Manager of the Bariatric Centre of Excellence at the Ottawa Hospital. Mr. Kilbreath completed his nursing training at the University of Western Ontario and has worked in a variety of roles since graduation including nursing in a community health centre, team leading in the Level 3 NICU at the Ottawa Hospital and as a Trillium Gift of Life Network's pediatric organ and tissue donation coordinator for Eastern Ontario. Recently, Mr. Kilbreath completed his Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Ottawa which included completion of the Ontario Training Centre's Diploma in Health Services and Policy Research and extracurricular coursework under the supervision of the CHSRF/CIHR Chair in Advanced Practice Nursing at McMaster University. His research interests include advanced practice nursing, bariatrics, health informatics, and knowledge translation in health care.
